On the other hand, there are also patients that despite of having a regular size penis think that they have a small one and are reluctant to show it; thus, feeling inhibited in sexual situations and even when sharing the locker-room at the gym. Also for these patients the solution to their problem is having a peneplasty, explains the specialist.
All exercises to have a larger penis are useless, because they produce a fake enlargement that causes small wounds to the penis that once they have healed reduce the penis even more, reveals Dr. Cosentino. "The best activity that a man can do to enlarge his penis is having sex", adds the specialist.
During adolescence, it is normal to be complemented or be the object of jokes when it comes to penis size. This may disturb a young mind, since teenagers are going through a key stage of their lives when their sexuality is defined.
Probably many of you don’t know that women do not give that much relevance to the size but to how the penis is used and the results it can achieve. Quantity is not as relevant as quality.
